Returns & Exchanges

At Abbot's Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
